 Maruti Suzuki the brand which serves many great cars to India and still giving their best but out of all the most lovable and favorite hatchback they have is Swift, the cute loving powerful power. This is so famous that you'll spot it everywhere in India.

Swift launched in India in 2005 and still running on the roads with lots of changes and all. Maruti Swift is a compact and fun to drive car with style and attitude. Being a Suzuki the price is very much affordable, it comes it one petrol engine option sadly there is no diesel, manual and automatic transmission both are available.

Swift comes in only one engine option, the 1197cc 4 inline cylinder DOHC 1.2L VVT petrol engine and this engine generates 82bhp of power at 6000rpm and 113Nm at 4200rpm, FWD, BS6, manual and automatic produces same power.

Exterior

The looks of this car is very nice and it looks cute also, on the other hand the rally racer vibes are there as well. The compact design makes it easy to maneuver and fun to drive vehicle. 


Front face

If you look at it with some focus you'll get that the air vent part with fog lamps on each side is kind of smiling shape which makes it adorable somehow. The grill is small comparing to today's big grill fashion, the grill are cool and nice throw at light. The boxy face is greatly going with the body.


Side profile

Coming to the side one thing I love the most is the placement of rear door handle bar, on the top not on the regular point.

Window area is big enough, ground clearance is plenty for this segment, size of the wheels is good but 16 could have been better, alloy design is amazing. No roof rails.


Back side

Rear end of the is simple, tail lamps are basic in design, the small roof mounted spoiler with stop lamp, small rear wiper hatchback elements, diffuser is sporty in appearance. 

No shark fin antenna, have traditional antenna glossy black roof enhance its overall appearance.


Interior

First thing, when experience Swift for the very first I was amazed by the interior, because the cabin of this car look damn impressive just awesome indeed.

Rear seats, space at the back is not too much of course it's a compact var but still it is enough for two adults and one child. Have good amount of under thigh support, head is also great, knee room is nice and leg room is nice as well. Over here you get two adjustable headrests no arm rest with good comfort.

Front seats, the front seats have good comfort, plenty of room and great support, the seats are comfortable, side bolsters are there try to hug you tightly.

Dashboard, the dashboard is super amazing and full of sporty appearance, every element on the dash making it more sportier. 

The round shaped AC vents have cool vibes, the touch screen infotainment system have plenty of features to explore and slick to use and very responsive as well. AC controls are below infotainment screen and full marks in quality.

Gear knob is nicely wrapped and great to hold, the flat bottom three spoke steering wheel is phenomenal in appearance and in feedback too. The instrument cluster is nice and crisp, it's an all analog unit with small digital screen at the center which tell you many important information.
