 When it comes to hatch we can't forget i20 although i20 is not a car which we can forget. Hyundai upgraded one of the favorite hatch of India and add some new swag, style, power and new fun. All new i20 looks good and have good presence on road which make people excited about it. 

The new i20 comes with 3 engine options, with petrol & diesel and manual, IMT, DCT & CVT transmission.

I20 Engine, Transmission, Power and Performance
This time i20 is available in 3 engine, 3 transmission and in both petrol and diesel, FWD BS6 standard. 
  • Diesel engine, there is only manual, diesel automatic is not there. 1493cc 4-cylinder DOHC 1.5 U2 diesel engine pumps 99bhp at 4000rpm and massive torqueof 240Nm at 1500rpm, 6 gear manual. 

  • Petrol engine, it is available in two different sizes of combustion chamber with manual, automatic (CVT & DCT) and clutchless manual transmission. So, the 1197cc 4-cylinder DOHC 1.2 kappa petrol engine with automatic CVT produces 87bhp at 6000rpm and 115Nm at 1500rpm and manual produces 82bhp of power at 6000rpm and 115Nm of torque at 1500rpm. 

  • Another petrol engine, 998cc 3-cylinder inline DOHC 1.0 Turbo GDi petrol engine gives 118bhp of power at 6000rpm and 172Nm of 1500rpm, turbocharged.

Exterior

This time the i20 is totally different from before what it was, although I like the old design than this one but ya this one is all cool and sportier. Now it is more aggressive, more edgy and stylish than before, some elements are from sibling and some remind you the rival. 

Front face
You can't differentiate between Verna and i20 because now they both have same style of grill, this kinda grill looks cool and amazing as well but truly I like the old one that elegant and nice but one thing is that due to this grill design it looks way sportier which changes the game

Slick head lights are looking great and they are powerful as well, the fog lamps are set inside black triangles that's another cool feature. 

The bumper is that element which does its job in silent but the impact is mind blowing, 55% of aggressive appearance is because of this freaking bumper. 

Side profile 
The thing is this car is very slick and that slick features are crystal clear from side, the chrome on the handle bars and around the windows add more beautiful shine in body design. 
Wheel are small 16 could have been better but alloy design is just kick ass. Ground is good as well considering that its an hatchback. Window area is big which mean more airy feel in the cabin. 

Back side
The is very nice but it reminds me Tata Altroz very fin difference between Altroz back and i20 and seriously speaking I don't like this because i20 have its own identity
Other than that the lights are marvelous the design is insanely awesome, diffuser is cool, that chrome line which connects both the tail lamps really able to collect public. The one thing I miss over here is a spoiler. 
Have small wiper, shark fin antenna and most important electric sunroof. 

Interior

The cabin of the car is very comfortable and have good amount of space. Seats provide good amount of comfort and support nicely fitted and recline angle is nice as well. 

Rear seats, offer good amount of space and luxury, leg room, knee room and head room isn't that bad, armrest is there with two glass holder, adjustable headrest but center headrest is missing and rear AC vents are also waiting for you. 
Front seats have good comfort and room as rear, the side bolsters are not too hugging but they are able to hold you nicely.

Dashboard 
The work Hyundai have done on the dashboard is pretty impressive, dashboard look premium and rich in quality. At the center you'll get big touch screen infotainment system which is loaded wuth features and very crisp and slick in use, also equipped with Apple car play & Android auto connect. 
Below that AC vents lines are running across the dash, then there is AC controls and stuff. Nicely wrapped gear knob or gear selector and manual hand brake (drifting thing) 
Now, the 4-spoke steering wheel comes from Creta have good quality and feedback, it comes with usual buttons. Instrument cluster is fully digital looks great indeed and show lot of information about the car. 
Driver's door have ORVMs adjustment knob, lock & unlock buttons, power window control and childlock button.
